Timebox.
The best ideas will come first, don’t over analyze.
Get all the stakeholders in the room, assign a facilitator, set expectations, set a time limit and go!
I find anonymous post-it notes on boards (in person or virtual) works best.
Next prioritize the ideas by voting on each idea.
Then evaluate the ideas by RICE:
Reach = number of people who get value
Impact = amount of value
Confidence = can we deliver it?
Effort = who is needed to deliver it?
