I often see a trend. When IT Projects are going well, people ease up and coast. Because results are good NOW.
But here’s the catch. Success of today, is the result of our efforts from months ago. When the projected kick-off. Or an intense phase of design or testing. Or getting the project back on track.
Letting your guard down when things are good, will mean challenges down the road.
