1) Create an ‘Innovation Team’ with leadership support.
2) Clarify goals and drivers for AI and innovation.
3) Investigate ideas with teams, get customer feedback.
4) Test small, iterate and scale.
5) Don’t neglect Operations teams who keep the lights on!
