I love this book. It shows you how to work smarter by categorizing tasks and responsibilities based on their importance and who should do them:
Unique Ability: What you do best, focus on these tasks.
Excellent but Not Unique: Important tasks that can be done by others with the right skills. Delegate.
Competent: Tasks you can do, but they don’t utilize your unique abilities. Delegate.
Incompetent: Unimportant tasks not in line with your abilities. Avoid or Delegate.
