There’s so much confusion around AI right now. I’ve done a ton of AI workshops recently and when I show my AI tools for business diagram, here’s what my clients are saying:
“Where do I start with AI?”

My answer? Use a 3 step approach.
1) Start with your Reason.
Why do you want to use AI?
Is it to save cost? Save time? Streamline processes?
Be clear on your goal and purpose.
2) Focus.
Align your Reason to AI Tools. Don’t get distracted!
Research, ask experts, find out how others are using AI to solve your problem.
3) Execute.
As with any emerging technology, the rules of implementation are still being written. Experimental mindset will produce better results than a big bang approach.
Start small and iterate. Build an AI team to work on this. Investigate, be curious. Start a pilot.
