3️⃣ Iterative Planning – Before you put ‘shovels in the ground’, spend time designing, testing, modeling, validating, and getting feedback from your customers. 🎨

4️⃣ Right Team – Assemble an Avengers for your project, get the experience and expertise on your team. 💪

5️⃣ Benchmarking – Compare your budget and schedule against similar projects in your business, and industry. Learn from them. 📊

Don’t fall into old habits of “that’s how we always do things around here”. Do the right things in the right way and become the success your project deserves ! 🌐💡
