I would add Stakeholder Management – the ability to manage the needs (sometimes conflicting needs) of different client groups and departments.

3. Design – taking results of your analysis and creating plans for building and testing a high-quality product.
4. Risk Management – getting ahead of challenges and proactively mitigating the impact.
5. Strategic Thinking – steer your project team in the right direction to achieve successful project outcomes.
